Payments
All payments are done via on-line credit card payments. Accepted cards are VISA, Mastercard and AMEX

Neither the organizing committee nor komum conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration must be sent by writing to info@komum.is.
NOTE! Cancellation is not confirmed until you ahve wirtten confirmation from KOMUM conferences. If you have not received acknowledgment within two buisness day, please conatce KOMUM conferences
- Cancellation made before 15 June will incur a ISK 10.000 cancellation fee
- Cancellation made from 16 June – 20 July will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation made from on or after 20 July will receive no refund
- Service fee for all changes (name change or other) – ISK 5.000
Accommodation
Full payment is requiered up on booking. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before the arrival date (3 working days). Minus administration fee ISK 4.500

Invoice is due 14 days after it has been issued
Billing address cannot be changes after it has been submitted.
All bank transfers must be free of all bank cost.
Additional charge of total ISK 4.500 is added to the invoice ( administration cost).
Accommodation
Accommodation have been reserved for conference guests. Special price for conference guests if the hotel is booked through KOMUM conferences. See our hotel options here below
NOTE: due to culture night in Reykjavik, it can be difficult to get accommodation. So we reccommend that you book your hotel soon as possible.
